Pricing FAQ
How is the price calculated?
Solo costs a fixed monthly fee for one user. On the Team plan you pay €190 per user per month, and the minutes of all users form one shared team pool. Paying yearly saves you two months. Enterprise pricing depends on team size and requirements and is agreed individually in an expert call. All prices are net, excluding VAT.
What are coaching minutes?
You use coaching minutes when you train live with the AI, for example in a voice roleplay. Billing is by the second.
What happens when my minutes run out?
Nothing stops. Your training continues, and each additional coaching minute costs €0.39, billed by the second. Your allowance renews at the start of the next billing month.
How is billing handled?
Solo can be paid monthly or yearly and cancelled monthly. Team and Enterprise are billed yearly. To get started, you try it for 14 days free of charge, with no credit card.
What is guest access?
Guest access lets you invite people outside your team to train, for example partners or applicants. They practise conversations without needing a user seat of their own. Guest access is included in the Team and Enterprise plans.
What about data protection and GDPR?
SalesPack complies with all GDPR data protection requirements and processes data exclusively in Europe. Your conversations stay secure and protected.
