How much effort is the setup?
In the live demo, setup takes about one minute. To get your team started, a product sheet or a conversation guide is enough, and we agree the setup with you.
How good is the AI conversation partner?
The AI customer plays the customer or caller, speaks with you by voice and reacts to your answers. Try it yourself in the free live demo.
How realistic are the scenarios?
Scenarios and customer characters are built from your own materials, not from standard cases. You define who the customer is and how they behave, for example analytical or risk-averse.
Which languages and dialects are supported?
Role plays are conducted by voice. You can test the live demo directly in German. We will advise you on further languages and dialects in the consultation.
